Nova Loft

The Nova Loft explores a retro-futuristic vision of residential living, developed through AI ideation, schematic design, and refined in Revit with final visualization in Enscape. Defined by sweeping curves, luminous finishes, and a sense of playful glamour, the loft is organized around a dramatic double-height living space anchored by large circular windows and a skylit mezzanine catwalk. This elevated connection links the primary suite and library above to the social heart of the home below, creating a continuous visual dialogue between levels.

The loft is thoughtfully layered, with a vibrant first floor hosting living, dining, cocktail bar, kitchen, guest suite, and powder room, while the second level offers a more intimate study, library, reading nook, and primary bedroom retreat.
